Project Management
EnRoute Emergency Systems is committed to providing the project management services to achieve success. Each implementation is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who is the main contact until the new software is successfully installed and operational - from start to finish.
Each Project Manager works with our sales team and the respective agency to develop a mutually agreeable Scope or Statement of Work to define all roles and responsibilities and to serve as a guide for managing each stage of the project. They will guide the creation of a project management plan that promotes efficient and effective utilization of resources.
The Project Plan will provide a scope that is predictable and manageable and may include items such as:
- Requirements Analysis
- Resource Allocation and Planning
- Financial Accounting and Budgeting of Project Integration/Interfacing
- Data Migration and Reporting
- Ordering and Delivery of Software/Hardware
- Training Plans
- Testing Plans and Acceptance Criteria
- Status Updates and Effective Communication
The Project Management Team consists of proficient and highly knowledgeable professionals with proven track records of quality and timely installations. They work very closely with our Support and Development Teams to be more responsive and accurate to the agency's needs when managing a project.
In summary, the Project Manager will work with the agency to ensure that the project is successfully completed in a professional and timely manner.
Training
EnRoute Emergency Systems offers a variety of training opportunities for the new customer as well as for the existing customer. Our training programs are designed to support customers not only during the implementation phase but also through the long-term, effective use of the software and interfaces.
Training for new customers is conducted on site - from management overview to complete in-depth training of the computer-aided dispatch system, records system, and interfaces. Standard training methodology utilizes both classroom and practical hands-on training to ensure key personnel have a thorough working knowledge of the application software and can conduct new employee training as necessary. A custom training schedule is often developed to address the agency's special requirements and different work shifts.
Many different types of classes are offered for the existing customer, including refresher application training. Classes also include three levels of system administration classes for those individuals responsible for maximum system performance, file maintenance, redundancy, backups, growth needs, etc.
Our training program doesn't stop there. We offer customized training sessions that can be developed and delivered at the agency. With the flexibility to adapt to specific requirements, many times this type of training may be the most cost-effective way for providing refresher training to ever-changing personnel.
Another excellent training opportunity is available through the EnRoute User Conference which is full of information-packed sessions and networking opportunities with other users of the software. Conference sessions provide information to better use the system, tools to expand its capability, and practical tips and ideas.
