EnRoute Archiving

EnRoute's Archiving application archives prior incident-level data from existing dispatch applications, yet still allows users to view and print actual details. Because the application and archived data are stored in a separate file system, they save file system space and consequently improve system performance in live CAD applications.

EnRoute Training

EnRoute's Training module is a comprehensive system created to enhance and maintain the skills, effectiveness, and productivity of your associates. Use this module to easily define certification, education, and training requirements for each position by specifying the details of each class and certification for each employee. Standard queries and reports will alert the user to upcoming training and testing needs based on expiration dates and position requirements, making it easier to stay on top of the training situation. The system allows the user to monitor instructions for evaluations, the number of classes taught, and the number of participants. Using online testing, associates can receive immediate feedback on their grades as they are logged into the system.
